How often should I calibrate my breathalyser?

You are recommended to calibrate your breathalyser every 6 months regardless of the number of uses. This is to maintain its accuracy and prolong its lifespan. Additionally, regular calibration can extend the warranty of your breathalyser under the Andatech Guarantee.

Can I book a one-off calibration instead?

Yes, you can manually book your breathalyser calibration onCaltrace. However, we highly recommend that you check out our calibration management plans that can save you time and money compared to regular calibrations.

What is the process of sending a breathalyser back for calibration?

  1. Pack your breathalyser securely in a padded parcel bag or box after removing all its accessories.
  2. Print and attach the return label that you received through email.
  3. Drop your breathalyser off over an Australia Post counter and get a lodgement receipt.
  4. Wait for your breathalyser to be calibrated and mailed back to you.

Do I get lifetime guarantee if my breathalyser is calibrated regularly?

Yes! Your Andatech breathalyser is entitled to a lifetime guarantee if calibrated every 6 months.
