Warranty Support

Andatech only supports breathalyser that was puchased from us or our resellers.

To ensure your breathalyser continue to perform properly, we recommend you to have your breathalyser serviced by Andatech every six months. Andatech have the parts, tools, equipment and experience to maintain your breathalyser and conduct necessary repair that may be required.

If during the first year of operation your breathalyser does not function properly, such as defect or broken parts, Andatech will repair or replace the defective product at our cost.

It is essential to take a proper care of your Andatech breathalyser to avoid unnecessary problem. Below are guidelines you must follow to ensure working breathalyser without any hassles.
  1. Make sure you wait 20 minutes after eating, drinking or smoking before blowing into the breath tester.
  2. Always use a mouthpiece when using to the breathalyser if provided.
  3. Use only alkaline batteries. Never use a heavy duty batteries, used flat batteries or mix different types of batteries on the unit.
  4. Replace the batteries when the unit shows 'battery low' signal. Continue using the unit when the battery is exhausted will result in unit locking. (3 LED lights appear and no reading).
  5. For AL6000Pro, please blow gently and maintain the beep until the beep stops.
  6. Sharing with other users is not recommended for hygeiene reasons and improper use.
  7. Always keep the unit in a carry pouch when not used.
  8. When not in use, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
  9. Do not expose the unit to moisture or water.

If your unit is locked or faulty during the first year, please call us. Andatech does not accept any unauthorised returns, call 1300 800 200 first to authorise a product return.

This is part of warranty service by Andatech, therefore no cost involved. When sending the breathalyser unit back to Andatech.

  1. Please ensure the unit is packed carefully.
  2. Do not include the batteries and packaging.
  3. Please include the a statement of the problem with the unit.
  4. Attach the proof of purchase together with return address.
