Overview


Andatech AL6000 Pro has been tested and certified to Australian Standard AS3547 as a Type II hand held device. It is the first semiconductor breathalyser with Australian Standard tested and certified.

 

 

ANDATECH AL-6000 Pro Digital Breathalyser (Alcohol Tester / Detector) is the world first and only breathalyser that can be operated in dual-mode; it can be operated in a normal mode to measure specific blood alcohol concentration, or it can be used as an alcohol responder (share between multiple people) to test the presence of alcohol. AL-6000 Pro calibrating with high accuracy with ranges of 0.00 to 0.40%BAC.

AL-6000 Pro User's Guide

  1. Press the Power Switch to turn the unit on. The cumulative test count will be displayed on the screen.
  2. Press the Power Switch one more time and you will see the letters 'NOR' in the display, which indicates Normal Mode operation. (Press again for FAST mode) There will be an automatic countdown as the unit warms up.
  3. Secure your lips around the mouthpiece (or blow directly without a mouthpiece). Blow sharply and steadily into the unit for about 5 seconds. You will hear two beeps when the device has finished taking the breath sample. You will see the digit moving left to right in the display as the device is analysing the sample.
  4. After analysis is complete, you will see the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) results displayed. For more detailed USER GUIDE please click here .
