Andatech is a Customer Service Experience of the Year Finalist (Again!)

A cut above the rest. For two consecutive years, Andatech vyes to win the prestigious Optus My Business Awards.

A local business leader covering occupational safety and health hazard, Andatech is in the running to take out one of Australia’s longest-standing business awards. “Andatech’s recognition for its excellent contribution to the workplace and personal safety industry reinforces the strength of the brand in connecting and engaging with its customers.” Irwandy Tan, Director of Andatech said of the nomination.

Andatech, once again, is a finalist to win the Customer Service Experience recognition at the 2017 Optus My Business Awards. In 2016, Andatech vyed for the title alongside other contenders and bagged the Customer Service Experience of the Year Award.

Founded in 2003, Andatech began as a breathalyser distributor and in 2004, became the first Australian company to receive the Australian Standard AS3547 for a personal breathalyser under $200. Since then, Andatech has strived to make a difference in the safety of its customers by expanding its product line to include highly accurate fuel cell breathalysers for industrial use.

The Optus My Business Awards, which covers 28 categories, acknowledges best practice within a particular industry sector, as well as individual business leaders, excellence in customer service and achievements in innovation, corporate social responsibility and workplace culture.

Winners from all categories will be automatically shortlisted for the highly coveted Business of the Year Award.

Adam Zuchetti, Editor of My Business, said Australian SMEs are at the leading edge of innovation and customer service excellence, as represented by this year’s Optus My Business Awards finalists.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie awards dinner on Friday, 10 November at The Westin Sydney.
