Please print the recalibration / service form for your breathalyser

Step 2
Complete the recalibration / service form using block letters.

Step 3
Remove the battery, mouthpieces, original box and pouch from the unit.

Step4
Carefully pack your breathalyser together with the recalibration / service form.

Step 5
Send to: Andatech Pty Ltd, Recalibration Service, PO BOX 3038 Nunawading VIC 3131

Step 6
Please allow up to 14 days for your breathalyser to be returned to you.

Please note : Faulty / damaged units cannot be recalibrated and it can be repaired. To send breathalyser for repair, follow steps to calibration and choose repair service. Breathalyser purchased from ANDATECH Pty Ltd or any of our resellers would comes with one year warranty (excluding recalibration). Breathalyser unit purchased from other than Andatech's Reseller / agent will not be supported.
