Payment Reference Number: Please put your order number as the payment reference so that we can match the payment to your order. This will be found in your order confirmation email. 

Please note that all orders will only be sent out when the full payment is received. While credit card payments are instant, Paypal and Direct Deposit may take 2-3 business days to clear. 



All our products are packed and shipped directly to you from our warehouse in Vermont. If you'd like to pick up your order instead, please contact us first.

Delivery Costs

Get FREE SHIPPING for your whole order when you purchase two or more products totalling $100 or more*.

*excludes filters, accessories and bulky items. Check the product page for shipping details.

For orders with single products or orders less than $100 in total, the delivery cost will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

To get the exact shipping cost, add products to your cart then go to your shopping cart and put in your state and post code into the Estimate Shipping and Tax box at the bottom left. 

Fast, Safe and Secure Delivery

Once your online order is confirmed and the full payment is received, we will process your order and have it dispatched within 3 working days. 

For delivery of orders within Australia, we use Australia Post eParcels. With this service, you can track your order through the Australia Post website. 

A tracking number will be sent to your email when the order is shipped out so that you can track its delivery progress online. 

A signature will be required when the item is delivered. Someone will have to sign for it to receive it; otherwise, the parcel will be returned to Australia Post and a collection card will be left in your mailbox so you can collect it later on. 

Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be registered in Australia Post's system before you can track it online.

International Deliveries

Our website currently only accepts orders for deliveries to specific countries. If you'd like to place an international order, please contact us for assistance.
