Here's how it'll work:
1) Buy the upgrade using the form above.
Fill in your current breathalyser model, its serial number, add it to cart, then follow the checkout procedures.
You must complete the payment online to get the upgrade offer.
You will receive an order confirmation email. Check that your address is correct - this will be the address we send your new breathalyser to.
2) We'll email you again within 24 business hours with instructions on returning your existing breathalyser to us.
The email will include instructions on returning your breathalyser to us, and it will have an attachment, which is the postage paid label that you need to print.
Make sure that the return address on the label is correct. You must use our provided postage label to send your breathalyser back to us.
Pack your breathalyser up and send it back using the printed label. You do not have to pay for postage again at the post office, and the return will be trackable online.
3) We send you your new AlcoSense Verity as soon as we receive your old breathalyser back
Once we have received and inspected your breathalyser, we will send you your brand new AlcoSense Verity fuel cell breathalyser!
You will get email updates throughout the process, and you will be able to track the delivery of your new breathalyser online.

For the trade-in, we only need the breathalyser unit. We do not need the accessories (like mouthpieces, pouch, batteries, box, manuals). - Do I get new warranty with the new breathalyser I'm trading in to?
Yes - the new breathalyser will have brand new warranty. - Does my breathalyser need to be in working condition before I trade it in?
No - it does not have to be in working condition. As long as it is an Andatech breathalyser and checks the terms and conditions stated in the offer. - How long until I receive my new breathalyser?
We will ship out your new unit once we receive your old one back. Including shipping times, we estimate it will take about 1-2 weeks before you receive your new breathalyser in the post. If you are in a rural or regional area, shipping times may take longer.
